- Moisture readings and air or surface sampling
- Containment under HEPA negative air
- Flood cuts to remove wet or contaminated drywall and flooring
- Biocide, HEPA vacuuming and UV decontamination
- Sealing air pathways and vapour-barrier gaps where included in the scope
- Post-remediation lab testing before rebuild
After a flood
Test before you rebuild. Closing up walls that are still wet or contaminated can trap the problem. Note that we do not do water extraction or rebuilds unless they are listed in your quote.
