What is the difference between mould remediation and mould abatement?
The terms are often used interchangeably. Both mean controlling and removing mould contamination. Our work includes containment, removal, treatment, and post-work lab verification.
Do you remove mold or just cover it?
We remove it. Even our Attic Sealant package starts with a moisture check and biocide treatment, and results are verified by testing.
Is ozone treatment safe?
Treatment is done only when no people or pets are inside. The home is vented until ozone is below 0.03 ppm before re-entry.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. Payment is due on completion. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Do you test for asbestos?
Homes built before 1990 get asbestos testing before materials are disturbed, following WorkSafeBC guidance. Asbestos abatement itself is not included unless it is in your quote.
