We find what is causing the mould, remove the contaminated material under containment, and prove the result with post-remediation lab testing.
What a remediation can include
Each job is scoped for the property. Typical items:
- Poly containment with positive or negative HEPA air
- Removal of contaminated drywall and flooring (flood cuts)
- Biocide application and UV decontamination
- HEPA vacuuming of affected areas
- Sealing hidden air pathways that carry mould spores (for example, stack effect in condos)
- Post-remediation air testing by an accredited lab
- Optional drywall reinstatement

Work follows WorkSafeBC OHS Guideline G4.79. Jobs over 10 m² need a Notice of Project. Homes built before 1990 get asbestos testing before materials are disturbed.
What’s not included
Unless stated in your quote, the scope does not include rebuilding after water or flood damage (drying and cleanup after a leak or flood are covered by our water damage restoration service), fire restoration, asbestos abatement, duct cleaning, or rebuilds. If we find extra work, we confirm it with you in a written change order before we do it.

Do you just paint over mould?
No. We remove contaminated material, treat the area, and test afterward to verify the result.
Do I need testing first?
Testing shows the type and extent of the problem and gives a baseline. We then compare it with the post-remediation results.
