How every job works

Whatever the problem, mould, odour or contamination, we follow the same basic approach so you know what you’re paying for and can see that it worked.

1. Free assessment. We talk through what you’re seeing or smelling and look at the property. Every property is different, so we don’t quote blind.
2. Testing where it’s needed. Moisture readings, air and surface sampling, and a check of the cause, not just the symptom. Homes built before 1990 get asbestos testing before materials are disturbed, following WorkSafeBC guidance.
3. Clear written quote. The scope is set out in writing and the quote is valid for 30 days. No deposit is required, and payment is due on completion.
4. The work. Containment, removal and cleaning for mould, ozone treatment for odour, and source sealing where it’s needed.
5. Verification. We confirm the result, including lab clearance testing where the scope calls for it.

• Visible mould or a musty smell in the home: start with inspection & testing or go straight to mould remediation.

Safety on every job

Mould work is done under containment so spores aren’t spread through the rest of the house. Ozone treatments are carried out only with no people, pets or plants inside, and the space is vented until ozone is below 0.03 ppm before re-entry.
